Lou Ciampi Sr., the firm's originator, continues his management of the business, assisted by his sons Lou Jr. and Jimmy. This team has retained their central location in Pittston under one roof because of its strategic ability to serve the greater Tri-State region.

Independent Graphics continues to strategically position itself to meet each customer's needs, as those needs change. The company's growth enables Independent Graphics to provide two work shifts to better accommodate customer deadlines, and customer service personnel are available beginning at 7 a.m. who can accurately answer customer questions. Yet, other aspects of the Independent Graphics formula remain unchanged from the company's earlier years. The company still bills what they quote. Quick reprints are usually possible. And, Lou Ciampi Jr. still rolls up the miles on his vehicles because he prefers to do business with his customers face-to-face, instead of emphasizing contemporary methods that offer each customer only telephone calls and fax machines.

The consistent success Independent Graphics has achieved is by emphasizing customer service and has been enriched by an ongoing commitment to providing the latest technology. The firm now proudly offers printing on a 1999 Omni ADAST Dominant Model 745 CP Automatic 19" x 26" - Four-Color Perfector. Other in-house technologies allow Independent Graphics to offer perfect binding, wiro binding and raised lettering.
