While going to school Jim worked at Independent Graphics part time becoming familiar with every aspect of the production process. He started full time in 1993 after receiving a BS in Business Management having concentrated in marketing. Jim has been responsible for customer service for over 16 years and also oversees bindery scheduling and shipments. He is passionately committed to servicing every client of IGI beyond expectations.
